Could we land of Koli samaj, Harijan Samaj, Dhangar the casts which are other than ADHIVASI ( as already thr section 36) as far as kharedi khat is concerned as I personally come across such problem so Sir please guide me how to identify such situation from 7/12 and if it is possible to buy what are the legal requirements for it.

Dear Vikrant,
Yes you can send me mail. There is no restriction on buying land belonging to communities other than tribals but if any restriction is there before selling of such land then prior permission is required.
